Overview

Specialist – Off Field Operations. This role supports critical store processes to keep the store consistently athlete‑ready and operations running efficiently.

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipate the needs of athletes, actively driving sales through product and service recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject‑matter expert, focusing on best practices, sales skills, and key operational processes.
• Serve as a go‑to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset; ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs (customer loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, and the like).
• Create a store environment where everyone, teammates and athletes alike, are welcome and treated with respect.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and external governing entities’ laws and guidelines.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred.
