* This Chaplain will serve Extra Milers across our Florida footprint. This role requires the ability to travel across the state to our locations regularly.

The Chaplain, Culture Program Coordinator exists to care for the spiritual and personal well‑being of Extra Milers across an assigned territory of Riverstone locations. This role builds genuine, trust‑based relationships — from the warehouse floor to regional leadership — representing RLX’s Purpose, Beliefs, and Principles and helping our people thrive as whole people.

To drive cultural health and spiritual care across the Extra Miler community by building authentic relationships, facilitating RLX’s Living Waters programs, and contributing to the overall purpose‑driven culture that makes Riverstone a place people want to work and grow.

You are a pastoral leader who genuinely loves people and finds meaning in walking alongside them through the highs and lows of daily life.

You don’t need a formal church setting to do ministry — you’re comfortable in a warehouse, on a job site, or in a one‑on‑one conversation over a quick cup of coffee. You show up consistently, listen well, and earn trust over time.

You understand that spiritual care in a workplace context means meeting people where they are — not where you wish they were. You hold confidences with integrity, bring warmth without being intrusive, and represent RLX’s Purpose in how you carry yourself every day.

You are organized enough to manage a territory, accountable to a rhythm of visits and reporting, and connected enough to the broader RLX culture that you can serve as a genuine bridge between our people and our mission.
