This is your opportunity to join a fast-pace, high energy business specializing in interior finishes. Pro Source Wholesale is a private wholesale flooring, plumbing, kitchen and bath showroom catering to the trade industry, and their clients.
As an Outbound Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist
, you will play a critical role in re‑engaging trade professionals who have fallen out of their purchase cycle, prospecting for new business, new trade professionals who have joined our showroom as well as those who have not yet converted into a buying customer.
- Communicate directly with trade professionals through outbound phone calls, targeting specific customer segments and buying demographics.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for the sales team.
- Gather and analyze data from call campaigns to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvements.
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, reports, and databases, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Complete administrative tasks that support the effectiveness and coordination of marketing and outreach efforts.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Proven experience with outbound calling, telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls (150+ calls per day)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn product and service information and effectively communicate it to customers and prospects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines and weekly measurables.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online business applications (CRM systems, Constant Contact, Ring Central, etc.).
- Commitment to accountability, professionalism, and the company's core values.
- Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm EST.
- Previous telesales, outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with the construction, remodeling, flooring, kitchen and bath, or home improvement industry,
- Experience working with CRM software and customer databases.
