What You'll Be Doing:

• Represent the AT&T brand in a big-box retail environment
• Approach customers in-store and start engaging conversations
• Educate shoppers on AT&T's wireless, internet, and entertainment packages
• Help customers compare plans and select the best options for their needs
• Close sales with confidence and integrity
• Hit daily and weekly performance goals
• Work closely with your team to level up and grow together

What We're Looking For:

• Entry-level, no experience required (we train from the ground up)
• Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Competitive mindset with a team-player attitude
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Full-time availability (weekends required)
