This is not a traditional reservations or customer service role.

Success in this position comes from the ability to build rapport quickly, understand customer motivations, confidently discuss international destinations, and convert inbound inquiries into bookings while consistently achieving performance targets.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy sales, thrive under performance expectations, and are passionate about helping customers plan unforgettable travel experiences around the world.

Initial onboarding may include a 4-week training program in the United Kingdom, with future international travel opportunities available for top performers.

  • Work proactively as part of a small team within a larger Reservations department to bring energy and drive to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Follow call center compliance guidelines, including FTC regulations, state Seller of Travel laws, and data protection policies.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Travel industry experience is essential; full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
  • Sales experience required; call center experience preferred but not essential.
  • Proven success in a KPI-driven sales environment with measurable performance against sales targets, conversion goals, quotas, or revenue objectives.
  • Knowledge of international destinations, itineraries, and world geography strongly preferred.
  • Highly motivated sales professional, results-oriented, and driven to accomplish goals with strong self-motivation.
  • Ability to understand profit and loss, basic business finance, and gross margin calculations.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to connect quickly with customers.
  • Adaptable communication style to provide a personalized experience.
