You will identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) who are eager to deliver enterprise-grade cybersecurity to their clients.

You’ll master how to build and nurture relationships within the MSP channel, gaining hands-on mentorship from experienced sales leaders while paving your path to become a top-performing Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities
* ** Prospect & Engage**:
Drive outbound outreach: cold calls, email sequences, and Linked In, to connect with high-potential MSPs.
* ** Qualify & Convert**:
Run discovery conversations, uncover pain points, and qualify leads using proven frameworks.
* ** Collaborate with Sales:
** Partner with Account Executives to build strong pipelines and craft outreach strategies that win.
* ** Leverage Tools:
** Own your CRM activity, track every touchpoint, and use data to refine your approach.
* ** Drive Results**:
Meet and exceed targets, with direct influence on Cynomi’s growth and the MSP community we serve.## Requirements
* Experience in an outbound sales or business development role.
* **** Confident communicator across phone, email, and Linked In and in person at events, you know how to personalize and stand out.
* Strong research and prospecting skills, comfortable navigating tools like Linked In Sales Navigator and Hub Spot/Salesforce.
* A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, coaching-oriented environment.
* **** Motivated go-getter who is looking to scale their sales career fast.
* Background in cybersecurity or channel sales is a plus, curiosity and grit are musts.## Not a Must, But a Plus
