Position Overview

Capital Vacations is hiring licensed Vacation Ownership Sales Representatives to join our Apex Award-winning Frontline Sales Team in Cocoa Beach.

As a Frontline Vacation Ownership Sales Representative, you will meet with qualified guests visiting our Cocoa Beach resort, deliver engaging vacation ownership presentations, build value in ownership, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.

You will join one of the company’s top-performing Frontline Sales teams, where exceptional leadership, strong tour flow, and a proven sales culture provide an environment built for success.

Required:

• Active Florida Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment)
• Previous commission-based sales experience
• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance with exceptional customer service
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• Vacation ownership or timeshare sales experience
• Frontline vacation ownership sales experience
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Experience presenting to qualified guests

• Up to 18% commission
