We are seeking an experienced and driven HVAC Comfort Consultant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and has the motivation to achieve strong financial results.

• Meet with homeowners to understand comfort needs and recommend HVAC solutions
• Perform in-home consultations and present replacement options based on customer needs
• Develop sales opportunities from provided leads and assigned territory
• Build trust with customers through education, professionalism, and excellent service
• Create accurate proposals and explain system options, benefits, and financing solutions
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through closing
• Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain strong follow-up and communication throughout the sales cycle
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and company objectives
• Utilize company-provided technology and tools to manage customer information and sales activities

• Previous sales experience preferred
• HVAC industry sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory independently
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable using tablets, computers, and company technology
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Base Salary + Generous Commission Structure
