You will:

• Engage with Customers :
  Respond to inquiries from interested shoppers via phone, email, and social media, providing information about our vehicles and services.
• Schedule Appointments :
  Schedule and confirm appointments for potential customers to meet with our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to visit.
• Lead Management :
  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system, tracking leads, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate :
  Work closely with the sales and service departments to optimize lead conversion and enhance customer experiences.
