They support store performance by meeting individual KPIs, leveraging digital tools for clienteling, and coaching colleagues. This store-based role contributes to merchandising, visual standards, and team initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

• Provide personalized product recommendations and styling to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Strategize personal business growth and achieve individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer‑centric behaviors and selling skills.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising according to company guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training to support business results.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and customer insights.
• Support hiring efforts by sourcing and engaging potential talent.

• Sales experience in a high‑volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for extended periods; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM preferred; ability to adapt presentations for in‑person and remote customers.
