A leading tire manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team! This is an incredible opportunity to join a wonderful company, that boasts phenomenal results for their clients, while also providing a positive and supportive work environment for their team!

This position is 100% remote and candidates may live anywhere in the Southeast region of the US. This is an individual production position and will not be managing a team.

Regional Sales Manager

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in the tire manufacturing industry
• 6+ years of New Business Development experience and identifying growth opportunities
• Existing Book of Business and relationships with clients who would buy tires
• Successful track record of developing business with factory direct container programs, and utilizing a quality dealer network
• Proficiency in lead generation and building sales pipelines
• Strong skills in contract negotiation and closing deals
• Experience in account management and developing long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding target
• Ability to travel 15-50%, as needed, for in-person customer meetings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
