As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you'll work with existing members to help them find insurance solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Consulting with members to understand their insurance needs
• Recommending personalized auto insurance solutions
• Converting company-generated opportunities into new insurance policies
• Conducting insurance reviews to identify additional coverage opportunities
• Educating members on products, coverages, and available options
• Building long‑term relationships by delivering an outstanding member experience
• Managing follow‑up activities through our CRM system
• Consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales goals
• Collaborating with Marketing, Member Services, and Enrollment teams to maximize every opportunity

• One (1) or more years of experience in insurance, sales, banking, financial services, retail sales, or a contact center environment
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities
• Comfortable using CRM systems and technology

• Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License
• Auto or Home Insurance sales experience
• Experience in a high‑volume inside sales environment

Don’t have your Florida 2-20 License?
