Summary

The Franchise Sales Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and customer service support to the Franchise Development team. This role is responsible for coordinating the franchise sales process, maintaining CRM back end, preparing franchise documentation, scheduling and coordination of Discovery Days/Meet the Team Days, and ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective franchisees throughout the sales/development process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Essential Functions Franchise Sales Support
  • Support the Franchise Sales/Development team throughout the franchise sales lifecycle
  • Manage backend of CRM – including workflows, campaigns, reporting
  • Assist with marketing efforts for lead generation and candidate facing creative assets
  • Manage processes, package forms and files for approvals
  • Correspond with candidates during the approval process
Discovery Day/Meet the Team Day Coordination
  • Coordinate logistics and host Discovery Days/Meet the Team Days
  • Prepare agendas and candidate packets
  • Confirm executive participation
  • Arrange travel and accommodations when applicable
  • Ensure candidates receive all necessary pre-event information
Franchise Documentation
  • Prepare and distribute franchise agreements and supporting documents
  • Monitor compliance with FDD receipt and waiting period requirements
  • Track document execution and maintain accurate digital records
Qualifications Experience
  • 3-5 years of administrative, sales coordination, operations, or related professional experience
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing and maintaining a CRM system is required
  • Experience managing CRM workflows, campaigns, reporting, data entry, pipeline activity, and maintaining accurate records
  • Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced sales, development, or customer-facing environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, schedules, documents, and follow-up activities with a high degree of accuracy

  • Experience uploading, managing, hosting, and sharing video content or webinars in Vimeo
  • Skills in using Canva
Physical Demands
  • Ability to move throughout an office space and stores during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, and bending) for extended periods of time.
  • Primarily sedentary work requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists.
  • Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders.
  • Ability to occasionally move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion.
