• As an HVAC Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality sales leads while engaging with customers in retail environments. You will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts by collecting and inputting customer information into our tracking system, setting the stage for a seamless bid process.
• Greet and engage Costco members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Create brand awareness (We do AC!).
• Provide excellent customer service (being friendly & helpful).
• Acquire leads using a user-friendly lead app.
• Maintain a positive, professional presence representing both 4 Seasons AC and Costco the brand.

• Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable starting conversations
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal oriented.

• Competitive salary $45-$100k+
• $20-$40 bonuses per qualified lead
• $250 bonuses per lead resulting in sales
• Quarterly and yearly bonuses for top performers
