Business Development Associate – Commercial HVAC

We're building a high-performing commercial HVAC sales team and are looking for a Business Development Specialist who can execute, think independently, and grow into a leadership sales role. You'll work directly with Business Development Managers to drive commercial opportunities—handling quoting, follow-ups, and project coordination—while also owning smaller deals and building your own sales skillset. This is a career-track role, not a support position.

• Build and deliver quotes and proposals for commercial HVAC projects
• Follow up consistently with contractors, engineers, and customers
• Manage pipeline activity and keep CRM data accurate
• Support large, complex projects while learning the full sales cycle
• Take ownership of smaller opportunities and help drive revenue
• Work closely with BDMs to develop sales strategy and customer relationships

In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.

• Self-starter who doesn't wait for direction

• Strong communicator comfortable working with contractors and business owners
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development
• Driven to grow into a Business Development Manager role

Experience in HVAC is a plus
