The Zip Kord Program Manager is responsible for managing and growing Zip Kord customer programs from prospecting and account setup through launch, ongoing support, and expansion. The role serves as a key liaison between customers, distributors, sales, operations, supply chain, marketing, and internal leadership. This position combines program management, account management, and new business development with a strong focus on customer experience, revenue growth, and successful execution of Zip Kord accessory programs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Manage Zip Kord customer programs and accounts from initial opportunity and onboarding through ongoing execution, support, and growth.
- Develop new business through prospecting, customer outreach, field visits, product presentations, samples, follow-up, and relationship building.
- Manage and grow business across key channels including hospitality, car rental, movie theaters, vending and micro-markets, airports, entertainment, and other retail or non-traditional channels.
- Maintain and grow distributor relationships, including coordinating product setup, pricing, item information, customer opportunities, orders, and program expansion.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and partners, providing timely communication regarding products, pricing, orders, inventory, displays, launches, and program needs.
- Coordinate new customer onboarding, including account setup, pricing, product assortment recommendations, samples, ordering processes, merchandising, and launch requirements.
- Plan and execute customer pilots and ongoing programs, including product selection, displays, inventory requirements, timelines, and customer deliverables.
- Prepare customer-facing pricing sheets, proposals, presentations, sales sheets, product recommendations, opening orders, and other program materials.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, supply chain, finance, marketing, sales, and other internal teams to ensure customer requirements and program deadlines are met.
- Monitor customer orders and assist with resolving shipping, inventory, invoicing, pricing, product, and fulfillment issues.
- Track account activity, sales performance, program results, inventory needs, and opportunities for additional product placement and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular customer and prospect visits to evaluate merchandising, identify needs, present products, strengthen relationships, and develop new business.
- Maintain organized customer records, pricing, program documentation, follow-up activities, and status updates.
- Support product launches, promotions, trade shows, customer meetings, and other sales or marketing initiatives as needed.
- Other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of CRM, ERP, order management, and e-commerce systems;
Net Suite experience preferred. - Ability to create and maintain pricing sheets, proposals, presentations, sales reports, customer records, and program documentation.
- Ability to analyze sales, inventory, and account activity to identify trends, needs, and growth opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer presentations, internal coordination, and partner management.
- Strong sales, account management, program management, and customer relationship skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prospect for new business, conduct customer meetings, present products, and follow through on sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams.
- Professional communication and presentation skills with the ability to work with customers, distributors, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally for customer visits, meetings, events, and program support as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for customer and prospect visits.

- Regular local and regional travel to customer and prospect locations; position includes both office-based and field-based work.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for 6 hours.

- 3+ years of experience in program management, account management, business development, sales, customer success, or a related role preferred.
- Experience managing B2B customer relationships, distributors, retail programs, or consumer products preferred.
