Purpose
As a Clinical Sales Representative, serve as the point person for end-to-end program development and clinical success, including procedure sales, support, and driving utilization for the Ottava Surgical Robotic System.
You Will Be Responsible For- Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve procedure and disposable revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Drive Ottava utilization and expand the Ottava user-base within qualified accounts.
- Maintain a detailed, frequently updated, strategic territory business plan.
- Present realistic sales forecasts to sales management consistently.
- Partner with Field Sales Territory Managers to execute strategic activities maximizing Auris Health capital system and procedure sales.
- Lead technical and clinical product demonstrations to drive Ottava adoption.
- Execute referral education activities to increase procedure sales.
- Implement post-sales installation/implementation/adoption protocol with sales and service teams.
- Support new customers’ clinical adoption and ensure customers achieve clinical/economic goals; drive higher utilization.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Ottava Surgical Robotics products and track industry/market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of relevant Medical Device/Healthcare and/or Business-to-Business sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product and clinical disease-state knowledge to physicians and economic buyers.
- Travel up to 75% (including overnight within the territory).
- Ability to work in hospital/ASC settings, attend live patient cases as needed, and wear protective gear.
- Self-starter with autonomy; critical thinking in high-pressure environments.
- Strong collaboration in matrix teams; receptive to feedback.
- Highly organized; manage multiple priorities; communicate frequently with sales management.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment compliant with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.

- Base pay: $150,000.
- Eligible for sales incentive compensation program
