Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This position will effectively present targeted number of salesestimatesand offersto potential customers in accordance with current Pricing Matrix.

• Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion,accurate inspections,and follow up onpreviousestimates.

• Build andmaintaincustomer contacts, both new andexistingto ensure sales goals are met.

• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

• Local travelrequiredwithin local territory or state.

• Previous sales experience required

• Excellent communication skills,friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required.

• Mustpossessabilityto learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining tothe services to be sold.

• High School diploma or GED required

• Mustpossessvalid driver’s license and meet company driving standards

• Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully

• Regularandpunctual attendance

• Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearlyto build relationships and promote excellent customer service

• Associate’s or Bachelor’sdegreepreferred

• Industry licensed in accordance withstateregulations

• Extensive driving and walking

• Long hours on the telephone and personal contact with customers

• Ability to worklong hours as needed
