Nonsense Hub is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our Orlando team.

This position is for someone who is comfortable talking to people, can quickly build rapport, and enjoys turning a good customer interaction into a positive result.

You’ll work face-to-face with customers at retail and event locations across Orlando, representing client campaigns and helping customers understand their options.

You might start by approaching a customer and opening a conversation, asking a few questions to understand their interest, and then introducing the campaign you're representing.

From there, you'll be expected to:

• Explain products, services, or campaign information clearly
• Answer questions and respond to initial objections
• Identify genuine customer interest
• Recommend the most appropriate next step
• Guide interested customers through the sign-up process
• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout
• Work toward daily sales and campaign targets
• Represent clients professionally at every location

The role requires more than being friendly. You’ll need to be able to listen, think on your feet, and confidently move a conversation forward.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who are confident without being overly pushy, naturally conversational, and comfortable being accountable for their results.

Around 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing environment is preferred. Previous experience in sales, customer acquisition, promotions, or a target-driven environment would be an advantage.

• Weekly base pay, with additional earning opportunities based on performance
