Sales Account Executive

Thermal Concepts is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our Commercial HVAC business throughout the Orlando and Central Florida market. This role is focused on developing direct relationships with building owners, facility managers, property managers, and commercial decision-makers while driving sales of HVAC service agreements, retrofit projects, equipment replacements, and energy efficiency solutions.

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Build direct relationships with commercial building owners and key decision-makers.
• Sell HVAC service agreements, preventive maintenance programs, retrofit solutions, and replacement projects.
• Identify and qualify service, repair, and capital improvement opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and project estimates.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue goals.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within Commercial HVAC, mechanical services, facilities services, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in business development and account growth.
• Experience selling directly to owners, facility managers, and property management groups.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Central Florida.

• Commercial HVAC industry experience.
• Knowledge of service agreements, equipment replacements, and retrofit projects.
• Existing relationships within the Central Florida commercial market.
• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
