We’re looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Representative.
This is an in-person, entry-level position focused on face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, and sales at local events and partner locations throughout the Orlando area.

- Represent client brands at in-person events and retail partner locations
- Engage with customers through face-to-face conversations
- Present products and services clearly and professionally
- Assist with customer acquisition and sales
- Learn and apply sales, communication, and marketing strategies
- Track individual performance and work toward daily and weekly goals
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training.
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Able to work well independently and with a team
- Interested in developing communication, sales, and leadership skills
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, athletics, marketing, or sales can be helpful but is not required.
What to ExpectThis is not a remote or desk-based marketing position. The role involves direct, face-to-face interaction with customers at events and partner locations.
Our training is hands-on and performance-focused, with opportunities to take on additional responsibility as skills and consistency develop.
