Office Sales Agent

Max Life Commercial is recruiting a commission-only sales agent to specialize in office buildings for sale and lease across Central Florida. You'll build a focused book of business in this asset class, backed by Max Life's live MLS inventory, SEO-driven website traffic, and in-house marketing support.

• Prospect and source listings of office buildings for sale and lease across Central Florida
• Represent buyers and tenants seeking office buildings
• Conduct property tours, broker opinions of value (BOVs), and buyer/tenant matching
• Build relationships with owners, investors, and decision-makers active in office
• Collaborate with the founder and analyst on deal underwriting and strategy
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline with weekly activity reports

• Active Florida real estate license (or committed to obtaining within 60 days of hire)
• Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• High activity tolerance — comfortable with sustained outbound prospecting
• Entrepreneurial mindset — this is a 100% commission role, no base salary
• Based in Central Florida (Orlando, Melbourne, Space Coast)
