Sales Manager

We are looking for a self‑starter sales manager with knowledge of the hotel industry, strong interpersonal skills, and a track record of achieving sales goals. The role requires maximizing revenue, acquiring new accounts, and establishing meaningful relationships within the corporate and group market segments.

• Acquire new transient, corporate, and group business through proactive sales activities, including marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls, and site tours.

• Saturate existing accounts and segments to generate new contacts and maximize hotel revenue.

• Develop long‑term business partnerships, maintain accurate account files, field inquiries, report on results, and conduct sales blitzes.

• Set and exceed sales goals and revenue budget requirements.

• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Basic understanding of hotel operations and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivation and exceptional time‑management.
• Extremely organized with the ability to maintain a weekly schedule of new business appointments.
• Clear understanding and implementation of the hotel’s business strategies.
• Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
