Medical Marketing Representative - Tampa​/Orlando

AssociatesMD is a multi-specialty medical group expanding its evaluation-based services into the Tampa and Orlando markets. We provide in-person and telemedicine evaluation-based services to patients involved in personal injury cases and work within the local medical community to support access to timely, quality care.

We are looking for an experienced Medical Marketing Representative to advocate for our in-person and telemedicine evaluation-based services across medical groups and healthcare providers throughout the Tampa and Orlando metro areas. This role is focused on educating the local medical community about our personal injury evaluation services and driving awareness and utilization within that community as we grow our presence in the market.

• Advocate for and promote AssociatesMD's in-person and telemedicine evaluation-based services to medical groups and healthcare providers in the personal injury space
• Conduct regular in-person visits to medical offices across the Tampa and Orlando metro areas to present service offerings and educate staff and providers
• Educate providers on how our telemedicine evaluation options can expand access and flexibility for their patients
• Identify new opportunities to introduce our services to providers who are not yet aware of them
• Track outreach activity and referral outcomes to measure growth
• Coordinate with internal operations and compliance teams to ensure all marketing activity aligns with healthcare regulations
• Represent the company at community events, networking functions, and industry gatherings
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

• 2+ years of experience in medical sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in personal injury, orthopedic, or evaluation-based services
• Strong understanding of personal injury protocols and medical referral processes
• Familiarity with telemedicine service models is a plus
• Existing relationships with medical providers in the Tampa or Orlando market strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel across the Tampa and Orlando metro areas
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards preferred
