Lead regional sales for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio, focusing on building and executing regional business plans, managing a team of Specialty Representatives, and driving sales growth within the assigned geography.
Responsibilities- recruit, train, coach, and evaluate sales reps
- develop key customer relationships and opinion leader partnerships
- analyze regional market conditions
- align sales activities with brand strategies
- manage budgets
- ensure compliance with regulatory and promotional policies
- BA/BS required
- 8+ years biopharma sales experience with at least 3 years in Neuroscience sales leadership
- experience with injectable therapies, payer landscape, and specialty pharmacy fulfillment
- strong understanding of reimbursement, managed care, and key account management
- experience with treatments for migraine or toxin-based therapeutics
travel required.
