The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized customer service and drives individual and vendor-line sales. The role builds client relationships, provides beauty consultations, and maintains an inviting cosmetics counter.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual, vendor-line, event, and department sales goals.
- Develop customer relationships and provide expert consultations, product applications, and follow-up.
- Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming counter and uphold company service standards.
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quotas.
- Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, learn online tools, and demonstrate attention to detail and sound organization.
