You will collaborate with a diverse and accomplished cohort of leading scientists from the USA, Australia, Europe, and Japan, and have opportunities for academic training at renowned universities in the United States. Our mission is to bridge complex biological questions with patient-centered therapeutic breakthroughs.

We seek established or emerging academic leaders to develop and lead independent research programs. The annual salary ranges from RMB 400,000 to 1,000,000, commensurate with academic rank, experience, and qualifications.

• Scope:
  Develop a robust program in areas such as Glycobiology, Systems Biology, Chemical Biology, Glycosylation Bioinformatics, or Clinical Discovery.
• Leadership:
  Demonstrate a proven track record of securing national and international competitive funding.
• Mentorship:
  Commit to cultivating the next generation of scientists through laboratory supervision and undergraduate/graduate teaching.

Work alongside world-class principal investigators on high-impact, innovative research projects. The annual salary ranges from RMB 360,000 to 600,000, commensurate with academic achievements (e.g., publications, grant funding), plus additional performance-based incentives.

• Expertise:
  Candidates should possess strong technical proficiency in one or more of the following:
  Molecular Biology (Cell culture, Western Blotting, Lectin Blotting, etc.), Analytical Chemistry (Mass spectrometry instrumentation and methodology), Bioinformatics (Analysis of protein and/or nucleic acid glycosylation).
