** what you get to do:
*** answer incoming phone calls concerning general park information, regarding employees, contractors & guests
* disseminate park & emergency information to appropriate employees
* monitor emergency alarm systems park-wide
* monitor multiple radio frequencies and disseminate information via 2-way radios, voice, digital pagers and telephones
* assist and respond to various priority calls, including first aid and to properly identify emergency situations and disseminate proper emergency procedures
* maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
* coordinate with security management team to ensure guest services and quality goals are achieved to include administrative support
* perform other duties as assigned
** what it takes to succeed:
*** high school diploma or equivalent
* at least 18 years old
* experience in security and/or emergency dispatch environment
* valid state driver’s license
* able to complete provided cpr training/certification
* excellent written and verbal communications skills
* able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment
* able to work indoors with or without a/c for entire shift
* able to sit for long periods of time
* available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays hours
* 1 year administrative or related experience preferred
