** what you get to do:
*** enforce security and vehicular procedures per company standards
* maintain a high profile of security presence to deter criminal activity and serve guest and team members
* be able and willing to assist law enforcement when appropriate
* control access to company property to ensure that the approved access policy is being adhered to; this includes vehicle and bag inspections to prevent contraband and the removal of company assets
* respond quickly and appropriately to calls for service and work in adverse conditions which include but are not limited to, extreme temperatures, inclement weather, darkness and heights
* investigate security related incidents; this includes writing reports as needed
* operate stations, maintain logs, issue keys, check ids, control vehicle and pedestrian traffic and maintain cleanliness in your area
* courteously and effectively resolve guest complaints, disagreements and incidents
* document and disseminate critical information in a timely manner
* perform other departmental ad hoc duties as instructed by management
** what it takes to succeed:
*** high school diploma or ged
* have or willing to become cpr/aed and first aid certified
* at least three years of security or law enforcement experience
* must have a valid driver’s license
* must have and maintain a valid state armed security certification
* must be able to lift 75 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds and climb to reasonable heights
