Aditus Solutions Group is seeking experienced licensed Private Investigators to conduct insurance surveillance and SIU-related investigations in Tampa and the greater Central Florida region.

This role is ideal for investigators who are self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working long surveillance days with minimal supervision.

• Covert stationary and mobile surveillance
• Video documentation of claimant activities
• Accurate, time‑stamped field notes
• Professional written surveillance reports
• Maintaining operational security and discretion
• Adhering to client‑specific reporting requirements and deadlines

• Active Florida Class “C” Private Investigator License (required)
• Proven surveillance experience (insurance / SIU preferred)
• Reliable vehicle suitable for surveillance operations
• Professional‑grade video equipment
• Strong report writing skills
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
• Ability to travel within a ~100‑mile / 2‑hour radius when needed

• Prior law enforcement, military, or federal investigative background
• SIU or litigation‑support experience
• Mobile surveillance proficiency
• Familiarity with claimant behavior analysis
• Experience working independently on multi‑day assignments
