Armed Security Officer; Temp position

Excelsior Defense is looking for a part-time to protect our client's premises, assets, and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal, or inappropriate actions and maintain access control into the property. Doing rounds, scanning in different points throughout the property in the housing contract.

The Officer needs to be prompt with patrolling the community to making sure everything is safe.

This position is Armed in the OHA housing property

Part-time: 4:30pm to 9:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

• Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Act lawfully in direct defense or life or property
• Apprehend criminals and evict violators
• Report in detain any suspicious incidents
• Report Writing

• Proven Work experience as a security officer or relevant position
• Valid D and G security license (Needs to be active with both Security License)
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
• Must have your own weapon
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/Protocols
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Integrity and professionalism
• Detailed report writing

Base Rate: $19.01 hour
