Learn more:  As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy government aviation location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintain a highly visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and monitor assigned areas for unusual activity.

You will assist employees and visitors with directions and service-minded communication, document observations, and collaborate with site partners. Bring integrity, teamwork, and an agile, reliable approach to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific policies, access control procedures, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or public agency partners as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry points and restricted areas by checking credentials, verifying authorized access, and directing individuals to appropriate processing areas when needed.
• Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and unusual activity, and support security-related screening areas by observing for prohibited items and escalating concerns per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
