Provide customer service to clients, students, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the campus buildings and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.;
Monitor access points and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents as per site protocols.;
Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs as required by the location.
