Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a government services location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or public emergency services as required.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.;
Monitor access points, assist with visitor processing and/or directional support, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive behavior.;
Complete shift activity logs and incident reports, and communicate notable conditions to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
