Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific policies, access control procedures, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or public agency partners as required.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor entry points and restricted areas by checking credentials, verifying authorized access, and directing individuals to appropriate processing areas when needed.;
Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and unusual activity, and support security-related screening areas by observing for prohibited items and escalating concerns per post orders.
