Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, parking areas, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access points; control entry and exit where assigned by verifying credentials and/or authorized access permissions and documenting activity per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, coordinating with airport operations and/or law enforcement;
Complete detailed reports and logs on patrols, incidents, and daily activities, and communicate clearly with supervisors and site personnel to support security-related operations
