Security Officer Patrol Ambassador

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and members of the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at a government location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, public contacts, and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance, access, and other security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, verify approved access when required, and document daily activities, observations, and incident details in accordance with post instructions;
Support emergency response activities, provide directions and assistance to the public, and follow Allied Universal standards along with site-specific government location procedures
