Security Assistant Specialist, Orlando, FL

Responsibilities

• Review Personnel Security Clearance Questionnaires and associated documentation for submission to the Government
• Initiate new and periodic investigation requests
• Process eligibility changes, elevate aging tickets and requests, mail security documents, and perform electronic fingerprint processing

• Intermediate level of proficiency with data entry skills
• Ability to perform proficiently in multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• Effective management of multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Effective customer service skills
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must possess an Interim Secret security clearance prior to start and the ability to maintain a Secret security clearance

• Experience with NBIS, DISS, SIMS, and Remedy systems
• Minimum of one year customer service experience preferred
• Active security clearance

This position requires a government security clearance; the applicant must be a US Citizen for consideration.
