Security Representative Senior​/CPSO​/Orlando, FL

Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business is seeking a Security Representative Sr / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join the security team in Orlando, FL. The role requires a U.S. citizen with current Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

• Manage security requirements for a complex, large‑scale, fast‑moving Weapon Program, including personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance, and classification management per 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1‑4, DoDM 5200.01, ICD 705, DoDM 5105.21, and OPSEC SOPs in accordance with program DD 254(s).
• Lead high‑level program briefings, presentations, complete Program Access Requests (PAR), provide classified meeting support, program management support, and conduct security education.
• Apply business‑minded, risk‑managed solutions to security issues, communicate observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with at least 3 years of professional experience; alternatively, 1 year of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
• Knowledge and experience implementing 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, and DoDM 5205.07.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented individual able to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Active Secret clearance with investigation within the past 5 years.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Enhanced security review per Government contract requirements and compliance with clearance timelines.

• Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.
• Experience working DoD Special Programs as CSSO, ACSSO, or physical security specialist.
• Independent work capability and teamwork.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
