Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support controlled access, verify authorization, and report suspicious behavior, damaged property, and/or unsecured areas;
Complete routine reports and logs, relay important information during shift activity, and follow Allied Universal standards along with site-specific post orders and procedures
