Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.47 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM Wed 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

• Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a government transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verifying credentials and/or permissions in accordance with site procedures while providing courteous assistance to the public.
• Support daily operations by observing surroundings, reporting maintenance or security‑related concerns, and assisting with crowd management, traffic direction, and/or visitor inquiries when appropriate.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
