As a Front Desk Officer at a premier financial institution location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, assisting with visitor access, badge procedures, and front lobby presence while helping to deter security-related incidents through attentive observation and clear communication.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a front desk location within a financial institution.

+ Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and visitor credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access through established access control and sign-in procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as appropriate.

+ Answer questions, provide directions, and document security-related events, visitor activity, and/or incident details in accordance with site protocols.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A guard card or license is preferred.

+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
