Flex Security Officers in the Orlando area (West Orlando, Kissimmee, and Lake Buena Vista) are hiring immediately. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with weekly pay. Pay is contingent on the location of the site. Candidates must have open availability and be able to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, & 3rd). The Flex Officer position is crucial to our operational and financial success, providing trained, competent support by covering shifts that become open due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes.

The scheduling parameters for a flex officer differ from those of an employee assigned to a fixed post.

• As a Flex, you will receive training at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need. While you may work at a specific post for several weeks, this will not be a permanent assignment.
• Your schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need. You will be assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available. Some shifts will be scheduled in advance; occasionally you may be called with short notice to cover for someone who is unable to work.

• Active Florida Class D Security License
• Must be 21 years of age
• Clean MVR with no moving violations in the past 3 years
• Dependable transportation
• Minimum of 1 year of security experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Report writing skills

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Florida D License
