• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require follow-up.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized entry, badge verification, and/or basic directions for guests and contractors.
• Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced business environment.

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
