** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.

+ Monitor access points and observe onsite activity to help support authorized entry, visitor processing, and adherence to location rules and expectations.

+ Assist with routine inspections of doors, gates, alarms, lighting, and other assigned areas, reporting maintenance, security-related, and/or operational concerns to the appropriate contact.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Ability to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish is required.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
