Summary:

The Security Officer provides outstanding guest service by protecting hotel guests, employees, and property while maintaining a safe and secure environment based on Company Standards. They are responsible for enforcing Rosen policies and regulations and ensuring the observation of applicable laws by surveying the property for potential dangers and distractions to guests' enjoyment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols.
• Enforce hotel policies and handle security issues.
• Respond to guest and employee emergencies.
• Assist with safety drills and training sessions.
• Report incidents and maintain security logs.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• Must have the ability to drive a company-assigned golf cart or other company-assigned vehicle.

• Must have a valid Florida State drivers' license in good standing.
• 21+ years of age required.
• Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.
• Must be able to pass company security written test.
• Must be flexible and willing to work any shift- AM, PM, or Overnight based on business needs.
