Job Schedule

Day Time Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access, and help to deter unauthorized persons and/or prohibited behavior on the property.
• Document daily activities, unusual events, and policy violations in detailed reports, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal management.

• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
