Security Officer Patrol Report Writer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a hospitality location;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating clearly with site contacts and local emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, guest common areas, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and activity across the location, documenting observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in required reports;
Support hotel and resort operations by assisting with crowd management, directing foot traffic, and addressing policy violations in a professional manner
