Position Type:
Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time:
Mon 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM;
Tue 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM;
Sun 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
  • Monitor front desk activity, manage access and visitor check-in processes, and help to address questions, concerns, and/or unusual situations in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
  • Observe lobby and reception area conditions, document daily activity and/or incidents, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and adherence to post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
