Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting details and communicating with site contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to identify security concerns;
Monitor access points, observe site activity, and report suspicious behavior or unauthorized presence according to post orders;
Prepare clear reports and communicate notable observations to Allied Universal management and/or designated site personnel
